      Submission by Institute
      Institute inside Maharashtra is to submit the application form after scruitinizing to concern Regional Office along with report.

      Once Scruitinized
      Once the application form of candidate is scruitined for Merit cum Means or State Govt.scholarship for the same academic year(2009-10),then there is no need to submit again,for this chek your application status by candidate login.

      For State Goverment Scholarship.
      Date for Submission of State Government Scholarship form is extended upto 8 March 2010.

      Procedure for Courses after H.S.C.(Arts,Commerce and Science) (ex.BA,B.Com,B.Sc)
      Candidates pursing courses ( BA, B.Com., B.Sc,B.Ed etc and PG courses ) under Higher Education should download the application form, fill it completely, attach required documents and submit to respective Institute by 2nd March 2010 which are to forward it to Joint Director office of Higher Education.Visit www.dirhe.org.in

      For State Government Scholarship
      For State Government Scholarships for Minority communities, the candidate can give affidavit on Rs. 10/- Court Fee Stamp/ Revenue Stamp also.

      The SURNAME data can be blank while filling Online Application

      SC/ST/OBC/EBC Concession
      If candidate is getting more amount in Minority Scholarship then Candidate should apply and return the SC/ST/EBC/OBC Concession if Minority Scholarship is sanctioned otherwise the candidate SHOULD NOT APPLY.

      Direct second year admission
      If there is direct second year admission than select direct second year course from course list.

      Renewal of Scholarship.
      Apply Renewal only for scholarship that was sanctioned(State Govt.Scholarship(SGS) or Merit cum Means based Scholarship(MCM))to you in a previous year and admitted in next year.Write previous year Form No. on Application form.(Sanctioned list along with Form No.is available on Website)

      Bank Details of the students
      It is not compulsory for filling the application form.

      Instructions for Medical Course students.
      This site & notification is not for students who are doing medical course & try to fill application form for state Govt.Scholarship, they can contact to Director,Directorate of Medical Education & Research,Mumbai or visit www.dmer.org.in

      All Institutes should confirm the Scholarship Applications

      Search the Registered Institutes and Click on Candidate List to View the List of the Candidates who have applied / Accepted / Rejected

      Bond Paper
      The Affidivat is to be given on minimum Rs. 10/- Non Judicial Bond Paper( need not be notorised)

      Online Scrutiny by Institute under DTE
      Post Graduate and Degree Instiutes approved by DTE can logon and do scrutiny through Online System.

    The Institute under DTE should logon with the Instiute Code and Password assigned to it by DTE.
    • They should scrutnize (accept or reject) all the online application forms registered for the Institute.
    • They should not leave any form unscrutinized.
    • The Institute can register new online application forms through their login and scrutinize them.
    • 'Renewal' means the candidate who were selected previously for Merit-cum-Means of Government of India / State Government Scholarship for the Academic Year 2007-08 and 2008-09.
      The candidate selected for the State Government Scholarship can apply as a Fresh Candidate for Merit-cum-Means Scholarship of Government of India.
    • Please check the Religion/Gender/Qualification Exam Marks/Fees/Hosteler-Day Scholar/Income carefully while scrutinizing the application.
    • The Institute can edit the application form before and after scrutiny.
    • Verify the final list of scrutinized and accepted candidates.
    • Also verify duplicate entries.
    • If the result is not declared or withheld, enter the marks obtained as 0 out of 1. The Institute should scrutinize the application form with Remarks as "Result withheld/Result not declared".
    • Institutes under Directorate of Tehchnical Education are directed to Scrutinie the Application Form, Confirm through Login and submit the report to the concerned Regional Office.
    • For renewal - Candidates are supposed to provide the proof of Passout in previous Examination , Income Affidavit and Receipt of Previous Receipt of Scholarship.
